Because customer satisfaction matters greatly to us, ip-label has conducted a survey of its customers around the world.

This survey (based on 222 customers) involved customers in France, Belgium, Spain, Finland, Sweden, and China. The survey yielded the following points:
- 95% overall satisfaction with ip-label service,
- 95% of customers surveyed are satisfied with the sales relationship,
- 92% of customers are satisfied or very satisfied with the accessibility of support,
- 93% of customers are satisfied with the effectiveness of the Customer Success team when difficulties arise.
In our drive for continuous improvement we have analyzed your remarks and have developed action plans in response to them:
- Our training offer: only 1/3 of our customers have received ip-label training in the past 24 months. Our ACADEMY will offer a new catalogue of certified training courses in 2016.
- Consulting: a new consulting catalogue will be available to cover all of your user experience needs and help you carry out your projects
