The quality of experience for ALL users in cloud environments

ip-label invite you to a special webinar meeting:

Measuring end-user quality of experience for your business critical applications
in SaaS and Cloud environments

QoE in cloud environmentsMore and more businesses are planning to migrate to the cloud by 2012 yet there remain major stumbling blocks regarding performance and availability for highly critical applications.

Some cloud providers report guarantees of 99.5% uptime but this has not been substantiated. Only the user’s vision (Quality of Experience), provided by a third party, makes it possible to know the actual availability and performance of access to cloud-based services.

This special webinar will show how the user’s vision (Quality of Experience) provided via synthetic or real user monitoring identifies the actual availability and performance of access to these services. This End-User approach can provide you with a view of the operation of hosted services: by country (covering your subsidiaries), on typical access configurations (browser, terminal), anytime (24/7) and by type usage (connection, viewing, e-mailing, etc).

Webinar Objective

During the course of this one-hour interactive webinar animated by ip-label experts, you will learn the answers to the following:

  • How can you establish and control your SLA within a Cloud environment?
  • How to identify the origin of errors by type or geographical location?
  • How to determine the origin of performance deteriorations?
  • How to be pre-warned of user problems and thus improve communications?
  • How to establish reporting based on overall performance?
