ip-label.newtest to validate and certify ultra-high speed mobile technology. This autumn, business and research hub System@tic will launch Neptune, an experimental mobile WiMax network (802.16e). Associated with Altran, Alcatel-Lucent, FT R&D, TDF, HEC, Supelec and Polytechnique, ip-label.newtest, according to it’s mission, will be the neutral, independent institute to ensure the first experimentation with 4th-generation (4G) mobiles in France.
