Benchmarking policy
While ip-label guarantees to treat as confidential any data gathered in the context of any particular service contract, the same web site could nevertheless be subject to additional monitoring under the terms of another contract. The measurements taken for our benchmarks are subject to monitoring independent of any other contracts entered into. This applies exclusively to contracts carried out by ip-label. Our benchmark information can be freely distributed on condition that the words ‘source : ip-label’ and the duration and period of the measurements are cited. The web sites appearing in our benchmarks are chosen on the basis of their communications interest and their internet strategy.
Our benchmarks are intended to reflect the level of QoS of third party sites as seen from the ip-label network. As such, we refer to brands exclusively in the spirit of providing public information and every care is taken to avoid any prejudice to those named.
