Last June we conducted a survey of our clients satisfaction. Our goal was to find out how satisfied you are with the range of our products and services, with a view to providing you with solutions that match your needs as closely as possible.

Customer SurveyThis survey, carried out among our clients in France and Spain (76 companies in all), informed us of the following points and others:

  • 91% are satisfied overall with the service that ip-label provides.
  • 94% of the people surveyed are satisfied with the missions and positioning of ip-label.
  • 90% of the people surveyed are satisfied with their sales relationship.


During the survey, you gave us your remarks and let us know about your needs for development. As a result, we have initiated action plans for:

  • Reporting: at present we are setting up a “Dataviz” business unit in order to propose business-oriented reporting displays that will enable you to better correlate your QoE and business indicators.
  • Training: a new consulting catalogue will be presented systematically during meetings with clients.
