Claranet (Germany) & ip-label announce a new partnership

March 18 2015

ip-label, a leading European provider of application performance monitoring (APM) has joined forces with Claranet (Germany), a managed service provider.

This partnership enables Claranet to enhance its managed hosting portfolio in order to provide monitoring solutions to measure and improve the quality of experience (QoE) of IT infrastructure and critical applications such as business and web applications. Claranet will offer APM as a part of their managed services.

“ip-label provides solutions to monitor user quality of experience for all digital services. Thanks to a selected network of certified partners we are able to satisfy global demand for APM yet maintain a clear local focus and customer intimacy. Claranet, being an established managed services provider, was looking for innovative value added services to fuel its growth. ip-label, thanks to its complete product offer, is uniquely positioned to address the various performance challenges of Claranet customers – be it web or mobile measurements as well as load testing. We are very excited about this new partnership and look forward to our first customer success”, explained Michel Fleury, Sales Director DACH at ip-label.

“Our partnership with ip-label and the integration of APM into our portfolio is a key benefit for our customers in the light of increasingly complex IT environments,” stressed Olaf Fischer, Director Claranet Germany. “Monitoring, load tests and the resulting system improvements significantly contribute to the competitiveness of eCommerce companies, for example. Companies will be proactively informed in the event that agreed quality parameters are exceeded. This will lead to a significant reduction in risk, in particular when installing new releases. APM demonstrably causes a significant optimisation of availability and moreover an increase in the profitability of investments in the event of changes in user behaviour and when applying patches.”
