Eric Varszegi, Chief Executive Officer, founder

Eric Varszegi

First a consultant, then a senior manager at Mercuri International (the world’s leading consultancy for improving companies’ sales), Eric worked for 9 years with his team for 500 companies. In early 1997, he agreed to join the sales department at Oléane as its senior manager. December 1999 saw a move to ISDnet/Cable & Wireless as sales and marketing director. He initiated the ip-label project at the end of 1999.

 

 

Christophe Depeux, Managing Director, co-founder

Christophe completed an advanced degree in sales and marketing in France and Great Britain. He rounded out his initial training in the fields of strategic management and economic intelligence. After a number of missions and experiences abroad, he became Deputy Senior Sales Manager at Oléane. He contributed for five years to the development and success of the leading French operator of internet for enterprises until it was acquired by France Télécom in 1999. As co-founder of the ip label project, he defined and led the sales and marketing policy for France from 2000. In 2005, he led the group’s international development (Europe, Asia, North Africa, etc.). In 2007, he relocated to China to form subsidiaries in Shanghai and Hong Kong. Following the successful development of business in this region, Christophe returned to Europe in the summer of 2010 to fill the position of Managing Director for the ip-label group.

 

Franck Perez, Deputy Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer

Franck PerezAfter finishing his Masters degree in Finance and Business Administration, Franck began his career in auditing. He then moved to DHL International where he occupied various financial and administrative restructuring roles. In 1993 he joined the American group VIA NET.WORKS Inc. as Chief Financial Officer then as Chief Financial Officer Group where he was in charge of around 10 structures in Europe. Franck then applied his project management expertise from the telecoms and industrial sectors to various consulting roles. He joined ip-label in 2009 as Chief Financial Officer. In 2018, he stepped up to the position of Deputy Managing Director.

 

Michel Fleury, Product Marketing Director

After earning his engineering degree from the Ecole Centrale of Lille and an MSc from the University of Manchester, Michel has been helping the group’s customers to optimize their digital performance for over 20 years.
He joined ip-label right from the start, back in 2001. First he worked in France, and then successively took charge of development in the Benelux and Switzerland/Germany.
In 2019, Michel was appointed Product Marketing Director. He is in charge of developing the Datametrie Flow, Newtest and RUM BI product lines.

 

Benoît Boireau, Chief Technical Officer

Benoit BoireauAfter receiving a Masters degree in Man-Machine Interaction from the ISTIA school of engineering in 2004, Benoît has been working with software vendors in QoE monitoring since the beginning of his career. He specializes in user experience design in addition to data analysis and its visual representation. Benoît came to ip-label in 2013 to create the Dataviz offer, and then took charge of the teams working on software architecture and data exploitation (web portal/displays). Starting in 2017 he assumed technical management of R&D teams. Benoît actively participates in collaborative research as a member of the steering committee of the Telecoms working group at the Systematic competitiveness cluster. Since 2019, Benoît added another string to his bow in becoming Director of Integration & Quality.

 

Jérémie Bécousse, Chief Operations Officer

Jérémie Bécousse
With an engineering degree in systems administration and security, Jérémie began his career at the Degetel digital agency, where he was in charge of information systems. In 2012 he joined Cloud Expert, and led customer migrations and assistance in their move to cloud services (Google Apps, Amazon, etc.). As a specialist of cloud computing services, his career path took him to Netgem in 2014, where he headed the activity of migrating IS architectures to SaaS and IaaS solutions in Azure, in addition to overseeing the homogenization of the group’s network and telecom solutions. In 2019 he came to ip-label to assume the duties of Chief Operations Officer.

 

Olivier Danielian, Director of Integration & Quality and Director of Newtest Support

Olivier DanielianUpon graduation from the EPSI Paris school of computer science in 2001, Olivier began his career at Auditec as a consultant. In 2003 he joined the Product Quality team, and took part in technical and operational validations. In 2005, appointed Head of the Integration department, Olivier took charge of the entire validation and delivery chain for Newtest products. He became Director of Integration and Quality of the ip-label group in 2009. His widely varied responsibilities include validation and delivery of the Newtest and Datametrie offers, as well as heading the process of ISO 9001:2015 certification which the company was awarded for the first time in 2008. In 2014 he set up the integration and validation team at ip-label’s office in Tunisia to pursue the group’s product quality policy. In addition to his duties as Director of Integration & Quality, he was also appointed in 2015 to perform those of Director of Support for the Newtest product line. Olivier was appointed Director of Support for the Newtest and Datametrie product lines in 2019.

 

Dimitri Mottet, DACH Area Director

Having graduated from ISEP Paris in 1998, Dimitri holds a professional Masters degree from Telecom Paris Tech. He began his career in R&D at Alcatel SEL before moving to Nortel Networks in a sales engineering role across Germany and UK. He has been working with ip-label since 2007 in a variety of capacities, including customer care manager and senior consultant. He was Product Marketing Director of ip-label since 2014, in charge of developing the Datametrie, Newtest and RUM BI product lines. In 2019, Dimitri took charge of sales for the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) area as Sales Director.
